Mountain.TRIP is a research project funded under the 7th Framework Programme. It has as an objective to transform research results related to sustainable development of mountain areas into useful information that is directly usable by practitioners on the ground. Thus, our objective was to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical action.
During the two years of mountain.TRIP, we have developed and tested various solutions that can be used to transfer the results produced by research projects to practitioners. The implementation of our work also led us to formulate recommendations for policy-makers, scientists and practitioners. The project's results can thus contribute to closing the gap between science and practice and we want to share and discuss these outputs with you.
Have a look at the preliminary agenda and register for the final conference of mountain.TRIP on the 17th November in Brussels. Registration will be open until the 15th of October. Do not hesitate also to contact Euromontana if you need further information.
Please note that Euromontana are in the position to reimburse a fixed amount of your travel costs. Once your participation is confirmed they will provide you with the reimbursement form.
