PROJECT DESCRIPTION: AXIS 1 ADDING VALUE TO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE
The relocation of the entire abbattoir business to a new premises in Cinderford, enabling it to add greater value to South West primary produce by becoming more productive and competitive. The development will offer significant private sector £ match funding -leverage, as well as significant adding value and supply chain development benefits to a large number of livestock producers in the South West. In addition, a number of RDPE productivity, employment and training strategic objectives are planned. The planned disposal of the redundant site will also provide the potential for rural affordable housing and community development space
